A traffic signal at Bay to Bay and Lois would cost $550,000, so temporary measures are under consideration. But there’s no money for them yet, either.
The $85.3 million project adds lanes from north of the I-4 interchange to Hillsborough Avenue.
The seasonal service runs through May 22, 2022.
