As investigative editor, I work with a team of journalists to uncover hidden problems and make Floridians' lives better. We aim to hold powerful institutions to account with rigorous storytelling that depends on public records and deep sourcing. I joined the Times in 2014 and previously covered the environment, breaking news and public safety. I co-lead our internship program — and entered the newsroom myself as an intern out of Northeastern University.
