WATCH: Speeding driver causes multicar crash on Howard Frankland, troopers say

The driver, a 19-year-old Spring Hill man, was arrested on a charge of reckless driving, troopers say.

Dashcam footage released by the Florida Highway Patrol shows the driver of a Ford Focus moments before troopers say he crashed into a Lexus on the Howard Frankland Bridge on Wednesday afternoon. The impact caused the Lexus to rotate, hit the guardrail and overturn off the bridge, striking a Nissan Frontier that was parked and unoccupied in the construction zone below, the Highway Patrol said.
