Boteco do Manolo, located at 7990 Citrus Park Town Center Mall, is a newly opened family-style Brazilian restaurant that serves everything from pasta, rice, seafood and yuca fries but specializes in its meats, particularly the top sirloin, Picanha à Dom Manolo, and in making cocktails with cachaça, the national liquor, to make the national drink, a caipirinha.
